interestingly Isabella's brother, John Thomas FULLMAN may have married Mary Ann EVENDEN in Aylesford in the same quarter… is this more than a coincidence?

Having been married at only about 16 - a bit young, even for a Victorian? - Isabella was recorded as unmarried - widowed or divorced? - by the 1881 census, and listed as a visitor with her younger sister-in-law, Mary FULLMAN. (1881 cen) However by the 1911 census she is recorded as having been married for 48 years to Thomas EVENDEN (1911 cen)
