| My father was called William WILLIAMS (born 1938) in London, and he had a sister June (born 1936). Their father also called William WILLIAMS (born Southwark c1910) married an Agnes FULLMAN on 4 Jul 1936. He was a Motor Mechanic.

Unfortunately William senior ran off when the children (my dad, William and aunt June) were quite small with another woman (believed to be an Indian Lady, and possibly had another family).
My Grandmother Agnes FULLMAN remarried, and my father changed his name by deed poll. (Presumably from WILLIAMS to HASSETT - Ed) |

The trouble is my grandmother is dead, my father doesn't wish to discuss him, and I'm not in contact with my Aunt. I would love to know what happened to the grandfather I never met, and possibly a family that he had that I would be related to. I don't know whether he kept his first family a secret or what, but I can't seem to find him anywhere, I get the feeling he didn't want to be found, I'm sure he is dead now, but would love any info on him, and any possible family that is out there and would be my half uncles, cousins etc, any help would be greatly appreciated?
